Duplex series identifies a range of dual-body static filters, whose filtering set can be cartridges or baskets.
The ease of operation makes them suitable for a wide range of applications and continuous operation.
Functioning:
The fluid crosses the filter elements, which hold all the impurities equal to the granulometric dimensions required.
Duplex filter consists of no.2 static Simplex filters connected by a six-way valve, which work one instead of the other.
When the differential pressure gauge indicate the reaching of the fouling pressure, it is enough to turn the flow to the opposite filter by acting on the lever, so without interrupting the service, replace the filter element.
The large filtering surface of which they are equipped allow considerable accumulation of impurities, making maintenance very sporadic.
